About Me

Hi! I’m Jordan, and my mission is to help women build confidence, feel strong in their bodies, and take control of their fitness journey. As a certified online coach and nutrition coach, I specialize in virtual coaching, making fitness accessible no matter where you are.

For 13 years, track was my identity. It shaped who I was and even paved the way for my education. But when my passion for the sport faded, I found myself lost, struggling to redefine who I was without it. That’s when I turned to the gym, not just as a way to stay active, but as a path to rediscover myself.

In the beginning, I didn’t have all the answers. I felt anxious and uncertain, but I committed to the process anyway. Over time, the results spoke for themselves. Not just in my physique, but in my confidence, mindset, and overall well-being. That transformation ignited a passion in me to help others experience the same growth.
